Following an eventful two-month-run, “Open House,” the third edition of the Singapore Biennale, will be closing in little over a week. In the days leading up to the grand finale, we take a look back at some of the lesser spotlighted, interesting moments we encountered at the Biennale.

Due to the day being so hot, and the Old Kallang Airport having no air conditioning, the opening weekend’s artist talks were moved outdoors. During Ming Wong‘s talk with MoMA associate curator Doryun Chong, costumed performers on stilts (who were part of an adjunct children’s event) kept walking by to wave at the crowd.
On the day of the previews, many of the wall texts at the Old Kallang Airport were not yet completed. Here are a few that we spotted.
