20 More Hours with nothingtoodoo

by The Editors

TERENCE KOH performing in his exhibition “Nothingtoodooterencekoh” at Mary Boone Gallery, New York. Photo copyright Christopher Starbody.

You have 20 (actually, make that 19.5) hours left to catch Terence Koh’s performance in a stripped-down iteration of Mary Boone Gallery. For the past five weeks—five days a week, eight hours a day—the artist has been lying prostrate or kneeling, austerely shifting his way around a monumental mound of salt stones. Today, the artist appeared serene, perhaps a bit weary, but most definitely determined to finish the challenging performance with unbroken silence and concentration.

Stop by Mary Boone Gallery to show some solidarity! 541 West 24 Street. Closes Saturday, the 19th.
